Brewed in friendship between Mountain Culture and Wildflower.

The 2025 blend, like the '21, '22, '23 and '24, is an ale made with certified organic heritage malted barley, raw wheat and aged hops, all wholly grown in Australia. Brewed in Katoomba using an intensive turbid mash, extended three hour boil and cooled in copper coolship overnight exposed to the environs of the Blue Mountains world heritage site. Fermented and aged in oak without addition of yeast or bacteria.

This final 2025 blend of the project is the third 1-2-3 year blend, composed of eight, 500 litre puncheons with one of three years of age, four of two years of age and three of one year of age.

In marrying beers of three different brewing seasons, Wildflower and Mountain Culture have for the third time in the Village series been able to most closely mirror the common blending compositions of Belgian Gueuze, something they have been working and aiming towards since long before these beers were ever brewed.
About the Producer

Wildflower was co-founded in 2016 by brothers-in-law Topher Boehm and Chris Allen.

Made a little differently, their beers have been fermented with a diversity of yeasts and bacteria collected from flowers native to NSW... hence the name. Their practice has developed over time and so has their relationships with local regenerative growers of grain, hops and fruit, who they celebrate their agriculturally focused fermented ales with.

Standard Delivery
Complimentary standard delivery on orders $100+ within 3 working days. For this option, we are unable to guarantee chilled delivery.

Next Day Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $150+, or $25 flat fee. Orders are delivered from 12pm - 8pm. Next day delivery cut off is at 12pm. Orders must be placed by 12pm to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the day after. No 'next day' delivery on Sundays; only 1-hour deliveries apply. 'Next day' orders placed after Friday 12pm will be fulfilled on Monday.

There will be no next-day deliveries on Sundays, public holidays or days that the store is closed, unless otherwise announced online.

1-Hour Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $300+, or $35 flat fee. Orders are delivered between 12pm - 4pm. Place order by 3pm latest to receive within the hour. Orders placed after 3pm cut off will be delivered the following day. Please expect delays with unfavourable weather conditions.

Please ensure that delivery addresses, particularly for gifts, are entered correctly otherwise additional costs may be incurred.
