Acala

Acala is founded by an ex-wine sommelier in his hometown in Lithuania.

Acala makes sparkling tea that is carefully crafted using only the finest natural ingredients and is free from artificial flavours, colours and preservatives. It is the perfect non alcoholic alternative for wine and cocktail lovers who want a refreshing beverage with a touch of sophistication and elegance. 

First, a selection of the finest organic ingredients. The tea is brewed in spring water over live fire, before fermenting in oak barrels, stainless steel tanks and glass jars, accompanied by music. 

Next, the matured fermented teas are blended with freshly made teas, spices, flowers, herbs and juices.

Lastly, the bottled sparkling tea is matured in bottle in a cool dark cellar much like fine wines.
