DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Monday to Saturday
1-hour delivery, place orders by 5pm
Next day delivery, place orders by 3pm
Sunday
1-hour delivery, place orders by 5pm
No next day delivery. Orders placed after Friday 3pm will be delivered on Monday. onwards
Public Holiday/Store Closure
1-hour delivery, place orders by 5pm, unless otherwise stated
No next-day delivery, orders will be delivered the next working day
TERMS
1-Hour Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $250+, or $35 flat fee. Orders are delivered between 1pm - 6pm. Place order by 5pm latest to receive within the hour. Orders placed after 5pm cut off will be delivered the following day. Please expect delays with unfavourable weather conditions.
Next Day Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $125+, or $25 flat fee. Orders are delivered from 12pm - 8pm. Next day delivery cut off is at 3pm. Orders must be placed by 3pm to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 3pm will be delivered the day after.
No 'next day' delivery on Sundays; only 1-hour deliveries apply. 'Next day' orders placed after Friday 3pm will be fulfilled on Monday.
There will be no deliveries on certain public holidays or days that the store is closed.
Delivery Surcharge
On certain public holidays or festive or season, there may be a surcharge applied to deliveries.
Self Pick Up
Orders placed for Self Pick Up are to be collected from 31 Binjai Park. Orders must be collected within 7 days from date of purchase as we have space constraints. We are open for collection every day unless otherwise stated or announced on our socials. Uncollected orders will not be refunded.
Return of Goods
We want to ensure freshness of goods, as such we highly encourage a recipient to be present to receive the goods. There is an additional $30 surcharge for return of goods in the event that there is no recipient present to receive. Please ensure that delivery addresses, particularly for gifts, are entered correctly otherwise additional costs may be incurred.
Quality is of utmost importance to us and we are committed to provide our customers with good service and products. If any of our wines are ascertained by us to be corked or faulty, we happy to refund or exchange the product upon presentation of your receipt and at least 80% of the original faulty product. Exchanges are possible if products are returned in their original condition and packaging, along with your receipt, at the discretion of Temple Cellars.
This refund or exchange can only be done in-store where we will be able to assist you immediately. You will need to contact us in writing within 3 days from date of receipt and we will make arrangements for the return, refund or exchange of faulty products. If the goods have been kept for longer than this, we are not able to offer any exchange, refund or credit as we are unable to ascertain the cause of the fault.
We do not accept returned gifts, nor do we accept refunds on markdown items.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable or exchangeable for cash.
Change of Prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Terms of Service
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
