Matassa

Matassa is a natural wine producer from France known for owner Tom Lubbe's popular wines like Brutal, Rouge, Romanissa, Marguerite, Tattouine, Blossom and Mambo Sun. Based in the generally hotter French region of Roussillon near the border to Spain, Tom Lubbe has gained an army of followers the world over. His wines are age worthy and vary between experimental, as well as classic (like his Rouge, made from Carignan). If you get the chance to try his Brutal, do it! It usually tastes of blue blueberry juice in the most wine-like way ever - truly unique!
