Blended in January 2026, this is a six barrel blend conditioned before release. Delicately balanced, the palate is effervescent and dry with a subtle bitterness, pillowy body and developing acidity from the indigenous flora. This beer undergoes
a warm primary fermentation by Wildflower’s house mixed culture of foraged wild yeast and naturally occurring souring bacteria in a wide vessel before being transferred into French oak barrels for maturation. Mature barrels (averaging 12 months) are then selected and blended to meet our desired character before being packaged and naturally bottle conditioned for a minimum of 3 months. Only then do is this unspiced wild ale released to be enjoyed.
Tasting Notes: Cardamom spice and fruit driven esters with a broad, unified palate across the finish. A line and length Gold blend as part of the final trio of blends from Brompton Street. Like all their beers, this is best enjoyed when decanted off a settled natural yeast sediment at cellar temperatures of 10-12°C.
Hugely aromatic blend. Lots of pine needles, resin and the classic Blue Mountains Post Brood nose, with balanced acidity and a dry-waxy finish. A small bottling of just over 700 bottles means that the proportion of wax:beer was quite high here, which is apparent on the texture and lasting finish.

Next Day Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $150+, or $25 flat fee. Orders are delivered from 12pm - 8pm. Next day delivery cut off is at 12pm. Orders must be placed by 12pm to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the day after. No 'next day' delivery on Sundays; only 1-hour deliveries apply. 'Next day' orders placed after Friday 12pm will be fulfilled on Monday.
There will be no next-day deliveries on Sundays, public holidays or days that the store is closed, unless otherwise announced online.
1-Hour Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $300+, or $35 flat fee. Orders are delivered between 12pm - 4pm. Place order by 3pm latest to receive within the hour. Orders placed after 3pm cut off will be delivered the following day. Please expect delays with unfavourable weather conditions.
