An incredible Japanese gin hand made by Tatsumi-san singlehandedly.

Imagine a woody like coniferous tree, hint of citrus and an intense perfume with clear juniper.

Distilled in a wooden Kabutogama still dating from the Edo Period from two different shochu bases, a sake lees shochu and a chicory shochu and made with only one botanical - juniper. Some of the best available in the market, the juniper is sourced from northern Macedonia. 

Made in batches of less than 500 bottles.
