Nestled in Châintré, a small village between Mâcon and Beaujolais, this 8.5-hectare family estate has been tended by three generations of winemakers. Philippe's father was a pioneer in the region, becoming one of the first growers to stop selling grapes to the local co-operative and instead bottle wines under his own Domaine.

After graduating from wine school in 1990, Philippe took the bold step of converting the vineyards to organic farming. It was far from straightforward—organic viticulture wasn't something taught in the classroom, and the first few years were marked by experimentation and perseverance. Over time, he developed a deep understanding of his vineyards, allowing his Chardonnay to express its terroir through healthy, living soils rather than chemical intervention. By nurturing the rich microbiological life beneath the vines, Philippe crafts wines of remarkable energy, purity and character. Depending on the cuvée and vintage, the wines are aged in old oak for anywhere between six months and five years.

Today, Philippe is regarded as one of the pioneers of natural winemaking in the Mâconnais. Revered for his profound knowledge of vine biology and low-intervention philosophy, his wines have earned a place on the lists of some of the finest restaurants and wine bars across the world.

Standard Delivery
Complimentary standard delivery on orders $100+ within 3 working days. For this option, we are unable to guarantee chilled delivery.

Next Day Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $150+, or $25 flat fee. Orders are delivered from 12pm - 8pm. Next day delivery cut off is at 12pm. Orders must be placed by 12pm to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the day after. No 'next day' delivery on Sundays; only 1-hour deliveries apply. 'Next day' orders placed after Friday 12pm will be fulfilled on Monday.

There will be no next-day deliveries on Sundays, public holidays or days that the store is closed, unless otherwise announced online.

1-Hour Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $300+, or $35 flat fee. Orders are delivered between 12pm - 4pm. Place order by 3pm latest to receive within the hour. Orders placed after 3pm cut off will be delivered the following day. Please expect delays with unfavourable weather conditions.

Wrong Addresses or No Recipients
Please ensure that delivery addresses, particularly for gifts, are entered correctly otherwise additional costs may be incurred.
