About the Producer

Domaine Nowack, led by Flavien Nowack in the Marne Valley, represents the next generation of grower Champagne with a focus on organic farming and pure terroir expression. Since 2011, Flavien has transitioned the estate from traditional blends to single vintage, single parcel bottlings.

With about 75% Pinot Meunier, 25% Chardonnay, and 10% Pinot Noir vines, he emphasizes minimal intervention, avoiding chaptalization and malolactic fermentation. Using natural grape must for secondary fermentation results in softer, delicate wines with lower pressure.

His portfolio includes the Cru d’Origine series, exploring single villages like his native Vandières, blending estate and organic grower fruit. Fermented in a mix of tank and barrel without new wood, his Champagnes capture the unique nuances of each site.

Standard Delivery
Complimentary standard delivery on orders $100+ within 3 working days. For this option, we are unable to guarantee chilled delivery.

Next Day Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $150+, or $25 flat fee. Orders are delivered from 12pm - 8pm. Next day delivery cut off is at 12pm. Orders must be placed by 12pm to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the day after. No 'next day' delivery on Sundays; only 1-hour deliveries apply. 'Next day' orders placed after Friday 12pm will be fulfilled on Monday.

There will be no next-day deliveries on Sundays, public holidays or days that the store is closed, unless otherwise announced online.

1-Hour Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $300+, or $35 flat fee. Orders are delivered between 12pm - 4pm. Place order by 3pm latest to receive within the hour. Orders placed after 3pm cut off will be delivered the following day. Please expect delays with unfavourable weather conditions.

Please ensure that delivery addresses, particularly for gifts, are entered correctly otherwise additional costs may be incurred.
