Romain wanted to create a alcohol free drink for when he needed to stay clear-headed as well as one that could also double as something to share with his kids. He never expected it to be a hit.

Made with his own Gamay juice, herbs, flowers and artemisias that grow wild in his vineyard, spiced with a touch of ginger and finished with apple juice.

Perfect for non-drinking days or for those who want the feeling of a wine but not the alcohol.
About the Producer

Romain des Grottes is the kind of wine maker who farms with the utmost sensitivity, who sells essential oils from his herb farm alongside his natural wines and who improvises at his piano with a concert-level intensity. 

What he is not however is the type of winemaker to chase a trend. And yet, his wildest success is his unfermented non-alcoholic wines - L’Antidote and L’Antilope.
