Frédéric Savart has become one of Champagne’s most sought-after grower producers, known for wines that capture their terroir with remarkable depth, texture and energy. A former aspiring footballer, Frédéric returned to his family estate in 2005 as its third-generation vigneron, bringing a fresh perspective to the vineyards of Écueil and neighbouring Villiers-aux-Nœuds.

Farming six hectares of Premier Cru vineyards on the northern slopes of the Montagne de Reims, with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay at the heart of his work, Frédéric combines exceptional fruit with meticulous, thoughtful winemaking.

The Savart signature is one of richness and depth balanced by racy purity, mineral tension and an unmistakable sense of place.
