Étienne Calsac is one of Champagne's rising stars. In 2010 at the age of 26, he became responsible for his family's domaine: 2.8 hectares of vineyards spread between Avize, Grauves and Bisseuil. His commitment to site specific Champagnes continues to intrigue. 

‘L'Échappée Belle’ comes from clay-limestone soils, predominantly premier cru, in the Cote des Blancs region of Champagne. Wine ages on its lees for 7 months before bottling, followed by 36 months in bottle. Low dosage, intricate, and an absolute pleasure to drink.
