Aromatic with notes of citrus. Fresh and persistent, this wine is great with fish and aged cheeses.

Alexandre Bain settled in 2007 on 5 hectares at a place called Boisfleury and that same year signed his first vintage. He owes his taste for the land to his farmer grandfather. He combines it with his other passion, animal traction, since he works in plowing on horseback part of his vineyard. Follower of biodynamic culture, he uses very little, if any, sulfites. Its wines claim to be natural and are golden, generous. Pouilly-Fumé withdraws the appellation from 2014 to Alexandre Bain wines, which undoubtedly detonate too much ... Regardless, a new star is born for whom the future looks bright!
