Sat 4 Oct: Laurent Saillard (Loire) Wine Tasting

Welcome the first weekend of October with a drop in wine tasting here!

This Saturday from 3-6pm, we will be pouring wines from Laurent Saillard. 🎶 Laurent came from the restaurant side of gastronomy in New York before moving to the Loire Valley to make vibrant wines that are very easy to get on with. He has an eye for detail which reflects in the texture and vivacity in the wines. While he started off working with other growers namely Noella Morantin, he eventually acquired a sought after parcel Clos Roche Blanche and also makes wines from his own estate. We visited him in the Loire in Winter 2024 and got to experience his cellar, the vineyards and taste lots with him. 🙂

We’ll be pouring some cuvées from his latest release. Mark your calendars, drop in anytime between 3-6pm for a casual tasting, and stay on for drinks.
