Cold IPA in collaboration with Taihu Brewing in Taiwan, made with Krush, Mosaic, Nelson
Sauvin, Simcoe, Cryo Krush, Cryo Nelson Sauvin hops. Pineapple, mandarin orange, passion fruit, white grapes, grapefruit! The name Taiping means "peace and harmony" in Chinese, and High! Rice is used to dry the beer, and the hop combination was decided in collaboration with Taihu Brewing. This cold IPA style offers a dry, crisp finish with a fruity hop aroma.
About the Producer

Nestled in the valleys of Hokuto in Yamanashi Prefecture, Uchu Brewing started its life as an organic farm. During a trip to the US to learn more about agriculture, the founder
Kusunose-san was inadvertently inspired by the Craft Brewing scene there. Upon his return, he decided to learn more about brewing and to eventually start a brewery. Uchu Brewing represents the cutting edge of beer in Japan, featuring hop-driven beers and smoothie sours. Their beers are commonly sold out on the same day of release in Japan.

Standard Delivery
Complimentary standard delivery on orders $100+ within 3 working days. For this option, we are unable to guarantee chilled delivery.

Next Day Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $150+, or $25 flat fee. Orders are delivered from 12pm - 8pm. Next day delivery cut off is at 12pm. Orders must be placed by 12pm to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the day after. No 'next day' delivery on Sundays; only 1-hour deliveries apply. 'Next day' orders placed after Friday 12pm will be fulfilled on Monday.

There will be no next-day deliveries on Sundays, public holidays or days that the store is closed, unless otherwise announced online.

1-Hour Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $300+, or $35 flat fee. Orders are delivered between 12pm - 4pm. Place order by 3pm latest to receive within the hour. Orders placed after 3pm cut off will be delivered the following day. Please expect delays with unfavourable weather conditions.

Wrong Addresses or No Recipients

Please ensure that delivery addresses, particularly for gifts, are entered correctly otherwise additional costs may be incurred.
