Located in Chamery on 2.5 hectares of vineyards, distributed across 5 parcels, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims natural park, Thomas Perseval has been working in certified organic viticulture since 2012. His micro cuvées are the maximum expression of the power of the fruit and of the influence of territoriality. The vineyards are mainly composed of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and a part of very rare and forgotten vines (Petit Meslier, Arbanne and Pinot Blanc). Plot vinification allows the creation of very expressive cuvées and the blends enriched with rare vines coming only from "vieilles vignes" bring an astonishing complexity and authenticity. Great intensity, for engaging wines with personality, all fermented in wood and all with the beauty of youth that promises a splendid future.
