This starts as a kimoto, fermented in wood, but swaps water for the iconic Daigo no Shizuku sake in the final stage of brewing. After two years of rest, this natural brew emerges viscous, refined yet vibrant, shining warm or chilled.
For the final brewing, they have used Gonin Musume Junmai Sake, brewed in 2019, and then brewed it again in the winter of 2020. The resulting wooden barrel kijoshu "Sasa" has been slowly aged in the brewery, making it even more mellow. Incredibly complex, rich and savoury with pleasing acidity. Aromas of dried sultanas and cedar.

Next Day Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $150+, or $25 flat fee. Orders are delivered from 12pm - 8pm. Next day delivery cut off is at 12pm. Orders must be placed by 12pm to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the day after. No 'next day' delivery on Sundays; only 1-hour deliveries apply. 'Next day' orders placed after Friday 12pm will be fulfilled on Monday.
There will be no next-day deliveries on Sundays, public holidays or days that the store is closed, unless otherwise announced online.
1-Hour Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $300+, or $35 flat fee. Orders are delivered between 12pm - 4pm. Place order by 3pm latest to receive within the hour. Orders placed after 3pm cut off will be delivered the following day. Please expect delays with unfavourable weather conditions.
