The little sister of La Perlée which means The Pearl which is, dare we say, one of the best Chenins in the whole of Loire. Like its big sister, this is 100% Chenin from the same plot of very old vines (60 and 90 years old). The difference is in the ageing - slightly shortened at 17 months instead of 24 months and entirely in stainless steel tanks.

Delicious, beautiful freshness and a well-balanced acid structure. As gastronomic as it is addictive!
