KOJI CLEAR is a new non-alcoholic fermented drink made from koji and rice. Inspired by the ancient beverage Amazake, KOJI CLEAR is a clear Koji drink made from only koji, rice and water in a brewery in Akita Prefecture. Made from all natural ingredients. No preservatives or additives are used.
The rice and water used are the same used for sake brewing. Akita Prefecture is blessed with high quality rice and water. Made with an unique recipe that uses two types of koji: Ame Koji, which was born from the koji mold for ginjo sake, and white koji, which has a sour taste used in shochu. Manufactured with the cooperation of Akita Seishu which owns two sake breweries "Kariho" and "Dewatsuru".

Standard Delivery
Complimentary standard delivery on orders $100+ within 3 working days. For this option, we are unable to guarantee chilled delivery.
Next Day Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $150+, or $25 flat fee. Orders are delivered from 12pm - 8pm. Next day delivery cut off is at 12pm. Orders must be placed by 12pm to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the day after. No 'next day' delivery on Sundays; only 1-hour deliveries apply. 'Next day' orders placed after Friday 12pm will be fulfilled on Monday.
There will be no next-day deliveries on Sundays, public holidays or days that the store is closed, unless otherwise announced online.
1-Hour Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $300+, or $35 flat fee. Orders are delivered between 12pm - 4pm. Place order by 3pm latest to receive within the hour. Orders placed after 3pm cut off will be delivered the following day. Please expect delays with unfavourable weather conditions.
Wrong Addresses or No Recipients
Please ensure that delivery addresses, particularly for gifts, are entered correctly otherwise additional costs may be incurred.
