IESSI is all about enjoying the here and now.

We love the ritual of an aperitif — how this shared experience, with alcohol or without, can bring people together.

An ode to effervescence, Il Frizzante is the true spirit of the Italian spritz.

Bright, sparkling and satisfyingly bitter, Il Frizzante is a ready-to-drink bubbly cocktail with all the signature vibrant notes of bitter orange, ginger, rhubarb and cherries.

Think of the feeling of endless afternoons and long summer nights in the patio.

Serve very chilled, with a slice of lemon. Cheers!
About the Producer

The word 'iessi' is borrowed from Friulan, the language of the little-known region in Northeastern Italy where Nicolas and Romain originally created IESSI.

It means to be, to exist.

It’s pronounced ee-yess-ee.

Inspired by an Italian family recipe, IESSI is a distinctive and unapologetically alcohol-free bittersweet apéritif.
