Ok Ok is easy and light, a very open wine on supple fruit sensations in which a good acidity is accompanied by an alluring roundness. Macerated 10 days, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks, then aged in neutral oak. Think Beaujolais but more alive! Organic, Unfined/Unfiltered, No added SO2
