One of the most sought after wine labels in France right now. Vigneron Guyonne Saclier de la Bâtie revitalised some abandoned vineyards (for a good 30 years or so) with remarkable plots of serious Loire Valley terroir. Exceptional Chenin Blanc, tightly wound, super minerally and briny, textural and persistent. It's class stuff, super delicious, refreshing and detailed. The cult following is deserved.
