St Henry is an Australian Wild Ale made with apricots. It is named for Chris and Emily’s second son.
In 2024, St Henry was made by blending barrel aged golden mixed culture fermentation ale with 500kg of fresh, hand picked, whole, tree ripened Orange Red apricots from Block 11 Organics in Orange, NSW. After a six month maceration and refermentation of fruit and beer, it was bottled and allowed to naturally carbonate and mature before release.
The most elegant expression of sweet, rich apricot on the nose. Flesh, skin and stone. A bright floral note reminiscent of chamomile too, and some nutty, woody depth. On the palate it hits straight with ripe, perfumed apricot and follows with a real fruit sweetness making it very full. A delicate acidity keeps it lively and fresh. Such a really very special release of this beer.

Next Day Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $150+, or $25 flat fee. Orders are delivered from 12pm - 8pm. Next day delivery cut off is at 12pm. Orders must be placed by 12pm to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the day after. No 'next day' delivery on Sundays; only 1-hour deliveries apply. 'Next day' orders placed after Friday 12pm will be fulfilled on Monday.
There will be no next-day deliveries on Sundays, public holidays or days that the store is closed, unless otherwise announced online.
1-Hour Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $300+, or $35 flat fee. Orders are delivered between 12pm - 4pm. Place order by 3pm latest to receive within the hour. Orders placed after 3pm cut off will be delivered the following day. Please expect delays with unfavourable weather conditions.
