"Traditional" is a buzzword often in Burgundian winemaking - producers "returning to their roots" - which is incredibly commendable, given the amount of chemicals that were in use during the mid-to-late 20th century. Clos des Vignes du Maynes never wavered from this tradition and is thought to be the oldest continually, organically-farmed winery in France; the property having been under vine for 1100 years.

The wines of Julien Guillot follow this ancient tradition of natural, terroir-driven expressions. Julien is determined to keep the tradition of his property; everything is performed by hand, with no additions throughout the vine-growing or winemaking processes. Even the vine material is sourced entirely from his property where he's long practiced biodynamic methods. All of these factors combine to create wildly flavorful, transparent wines - meaning, no tricks, no secret additions or material added; purity. 

Standard Delivery
Complimentary standard delivery on orders $100+ within 3 working days. For this option, we are unable to guarantee chilled delivery.

Next Day Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $150+, or $25 flat fee. Orders are delivered from 12pm - 8pm. Next day delivery cut off is at 12pm. Orders must be placed by 12pm to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the day after. No 'next day' delivery on Sundays; only 1-hour deliveries apply. 'Next day' orders placed after Friday 12pm will be fulfilled on Monday.

There will be no next-day deliveries on Sundays, public holidays or days that the store is closed, unless otherwise announced online.

1-Hour Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $300+, or $35 flat fee. Orders are delivered between 12pm - 4pm. Place order by 3pm latest to receive within the hour. Orders placed after 3pm cut off will be delivered the following day. Please expect delays with unfavourable weather conditions.

Wrong Addresses or No Recipients

Please ensure that delivery addresses, particularly for gifts, are entered correctly otherwise additional costs may be incurred.
