70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir sourced from several places including Keefer Ranch and Alder Springs in Mendocino County.

This is an extreme and more concentrated version of Tradition. The Reserve Cask is aged an extra year in a foudre and has spent about 18 months on lees before aged for 2 years in bottle.

An extremely intense sparkling that is really intriguing and fun to drink. It tastes of the golden hills of Northern California.
About the Producer

Michael Cruse, a native of North California, launched Cruse Wine Co in 2013, after success with his cult sparkling wine Ultramarine.

He is still rightly renowned for making great sparklings under the Cruse label, as Michael is a believer that sparkling and petillant natural wines are the true lens into the vineyard and its place. His interest has now shifted however, to include rare and wonderful alternative varieties such as Valdiguie, Tannat, Carignan and St Laurent. The Monkey Jacket is his signature wine, despite its modest price!

Doorstep Delivery

Standard Delivery
Complimentary standard delivery on orders $100+ within 3 working days. For this option, we are unable to guarantee chilled delivery.

Next Day Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $150+, or $25 flat fee. Orders are delivered from 12pm - 8pm. Next day delivery cut off is at 12pm. Orders must be placed by 12pm to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the day after. No 'next day' delivery on Sundays; only 1-hour deliveries apply. 'Next day' orders placed after Friday 12pm will be fulfilled on Monday.

There will be no next-day deliveries on Sundays, public holidays or days that the store is closed, unless otherwise announced online.

1-Hour Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $300+, or $35 flat fee. Orders are delivered between 12pm - 4pm. Place order by 3pm latest to receive within the hour. Orders placed after 3pm cut off will be delivered the following day. Please expect delays with unfavourable weather conditions.

Wrong Addresses or No Recipients
Please ensure that delivery addresses, particularly for gifts, are entered correctly otherwise additional costs may be incurred.
