A cross between Gouais Blanc and Savagnin, this forgotten grape Petit Meslier is close to the Laherte family’s heart. After following the evolution of the Petit Meslier in the co-planted parcel of Les 7 (to preserve the diversity of Champagne), the family was struck by its personality and ability to maintain acidities, even in higher temps. This special inaugural release offers aromatic energy and intense freshness. Blend of several harvests — approximately 40% reserve wines. This med-full bodied Champagne offers generous aromas of pear, honeyed orchard fruit, buttered toast and nuts.
About the Producer

The Laherte brothers, Thierry and Christian, are sixth generation winemakers in the Valle de la Marne of Champagne. Aurelien Laherte represents the seventh generation and has been taking the winery to a new dimension, while still following in the footsteps of his family. They have 75 different plots across Epernay, Vallée de la Marne, and the Cotes des Blancs. The mantra with the family is to let the terroir speak for itself with a deep respect for tradition, heritage, and land. Each example of Laherte Fréres is more stunning than the last. The Laherte family, with Aurélien at the helm, have earned themselves a reputation as one of the most compelling and revolutionary producers in Champagne. 

Doorstep Delivery

Standard Delivery
Complimentary standard delivery on orders $100+ within 3 working days. For this option, we are unable to guarantee chilled delivery.

Next Day Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $150+, or $25 flat fee. Orders are delivered from 12pm - 8pm. Next day delivery cut off is at 12pm. Orders must be placed by 12pm to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the day after. No 'next day' delivery on Sundays; only 1-hour deliveries apply. 'Next day' orders placed after Friday 12pm will be fulfilled on Monday.

There will be no next-day deliveries on Sundays, public holidays or days that the store is closed, unless otherwise announced online.

1-Hour Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $300+, or $35 flat fee. Orders are delivered between 12pm - 4pm. Place order by 3pm latest to receive within the hour. Orders placed after 3pm cut off will be delivered the following day. Please expect delays with unfavourable weather conditions.

Please ensure that delivery addresses, particularly for gifts, are entered correctly otherwise additional costs may be incurred.
