100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes are hand harvested and destemmed before fermenting and resting in barrel. Super fresh and full of texture on the palate with expressive notes. of grapefruit, ripe peach, ginger, almond and a chalky mineral edge. A stunning wine made by Andreas Tscheppe, who also happens to be the brother of Ewald Tscheppe of  Weingut Werlitsch nearby.
About the Producer

Schmecke das Leben meaning “taste the life” - is a group of five natural wine producers in the Styria / Steirmark region of Austria united by a collective vision - to provide a respectful and sustainable interaction with the earth and vines to produce lively wines that really express their origins. Consisting of producers Werlitsch, Tauss, Tscheppe, Strohmeier and Muster, each one consistently shares their experiences with each other in order to enrich their collective knowledge.

Growing grapes of Sauvignon Blanc, Morillon (Chardonnay), Gelber Muskateller and the rare Goldmuskateller grape, the most often seen Tscheppe wines like Blaue Libelle, Gruener Libelle and Salamander are in high demand and sell out fast due to the low supply.

Doorstep Delivery

Standard Delivery
Complimentary standard delivery on orders $100+ within 3 working days. For this option, we are unable to guarantee chilled delivery.

Next Day Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $150+, or $25 flat fee. Orders are delivered from 12pm - 8pm. Next day delivery cut off is at 12pm. Orders must be placed by 12pm to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the day after. No 'next day' delivery on Sundays; only 1-hour deliveries apply. 'Next day' orders placed after Friday 12pm will be fulfilled on Monday.

There will be no next-day deliveries on Sundays, public holidays or days that the store is closed, unless otherwise announced online.

1-Hour Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $300+, or $35 flat fee. Orders are delivered between 12pm - 4pm. Place order by 3pm latest to receive within the hour. Orders placed after 3pm cut off will be delivered the following day. Please expect delays with unfavourable weather conditions.

Wrong Addresses or No Recipients
Please ensure that delivery addresses, particularly for gifts, are entered correctly otherwise additional costs may be incurred.
