A balanced London Dry made from a blend of 10 plants macerated for 48 hours before being distilled in a pot still over a century old. Subsequently, the purest water from their artesian well is added before the bottling with energy from sun and wind. This gin is characterised by notes of rose, geranium, citrus fruit and juniper.

Hammer Sr. used his skills as a chemist, while H. Hammer Jr. drew on his affection for gin and experience as a judge at gin tastings, and from the beginning, they knew that a particular type of Geranium could add that special quality to the gin they were seeking.
