Plumbastisk is a dry apple cider macerated 2 months with Opal plums.
Garden apples from Fyn and wild plums from Lilleø come together in a wild fermented cider. Think fleshy plum, marzipan and a wicked lick of acid. A beverage built to be drunk with oysters and fatty foods!
