Botivo's mission is to make a great drink, that does not live in opposition to alcohol, but in a category of its own. 

Founder Sam Paget Steavenson's meticulous research led him to discover an ancient tonic called 'oxymels'. Inspired, Sam created Botivo. It's a small batch slow sipping botanical drink inspired by aperitifs with bittersweet, herbal and citrus notes.

Deeply delicious with a lasting profile not usually found in non alcoholic drinks, Botivo is best served with soda / sparkling water and a wedge of orange over ice (or it’s also great with tonic).

Made in small batches at Lannock Farm using a traditional method of maceration that is centuries old as well as some unique to the process, Botivo is a small batch product that infuses 5 fresh botanicals: orange zest, rosemary, thyme, gentian and wormwood into a fermented apple base for several weeks to extract the flavours and natural complexities. It is then balanced out with organic wildflower honey and an apple cider vinegar that has been aged for a year.

In the absence of alcohol, Botivo offers the perfect medium for aromatic roots, fresh herbs and botanicals to create a complex, non-alcoholic drink with a long and dry finish.

Botivo has zero alcohol, no flavourings, no preservatives and is not pasteurised.

Doorstep Delivery

Standard Delivery
Complimentary standard delivery on orders $100+ within 3 working days. For this option, we are unable to guarantee chilled delivery.

Next Day Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $150+, or $25 flat fee. Orders are delivered from 12pm - 8pm. Next day delivery cut off is at 12pm. Orders must be placed by 12pm to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the day after. No 'next day' delivery on Sundays; only 1-hour deliveries apply. 'Next day' orders placed after Friday 12pm will be fulfilled on Monday.

There will be no next-day deliveries on Sundays, public holidays or days that the store is closed, unless otherwise announced online.

1-Hour Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $300+, or $35 flat fee. Orders are delivered between 12pm - 4pm. Place order by 3pm latest to receive within the hour. Orders placed after 3pm cut off will be delivered the following day. Please expect delays with unfavourable weather conditions.

Wrong Addresses or No Recipients
Please ensure that delivery addresses, particularly for gifts, are entered correctly otherwise additional costs may be incurred.
