Champagne Delalot Millésime 2018

Maison Jerome Lefevre was founded in 2020 bringing together Champagne Delalot and Jérôme Lefèvre champagne. 

Jerome’s teenage years were guided by a deep passion for heavy metal and the family life of vineyards trained by his mother, Eliane Delalot. Not till several years of working as an art critic and art curator did Jerome’s passion towards the craft of Champagne arise.


Defined by a singgular approach, Jérôme Lefèvre created Champagne Delalot from a very small vineyard of 1.45 hectares in Charly-sur-Marne and Saulchery in Vallée de la Marne that had been in the family for 8 generations.

Inspired by Masanobu Fukuoka’s shizen nōhō (自然農法) principles, he converted the vineyard to organic practices. Jerome's singular approach means all the work is done entirely by hand with the help of horses and with no machines.

The first Champagne was released in 2013 and since then the single-plot cuvées Pleiades, Les Illuminations, Impressions and the blend Les Dionysiaques have followed one another. The vineyard expanded with new plots in Mont de Bonneil and Essômes-sur-Marne.


Only micro-cuvées are produced and and total production is limited to 5,000 bottles or less. Each bottle is numbered by hand.


Standard Delivery
Complimentary standard delivery on orders $100+ within 3 working days. For this option, we are unable to guarantee chilled delivery.

Next Day Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $150+, or $25 flat fee. Orders are delivered from 12pm - 8pm. Next day delivery cut off is at 12pm. Orders must be placed by 12pm to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the day after. No 'next day' delivery on Sundays; only 1-hour deliveries apply. 'Next day' orders placed after Friday 12pm will be fulfilled on Monday.

There will be no next-day deliveries on Sundays, public holidays or days that the store is closed, unless otherwise announced online.

1-Hour Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $300+, or $35 flat fee. Orders are delivered between 12pm - 4pm. Place order by 3pm latest to receive within the hour. Orders placed after 3pm cut off will be delivered the following day. Please expect delays with unfavourable weather conditions.

Wrong Addresses or No Recipients
Please ensure that delivery addresses, particularly for gifts, are entered correctly otherwise additional costs may be incurred.
