A blend of Kyoho, Shine Muscat, Nagano Purple, Pione, and Aki Queen grapes grown in Nagano Prefecture, Japan. It is a cuvée that they have produced continuously since their opening. Nagano is a popular region for growing Kyoho, for consumption and now for wine as well, and when they first began with this cuvée, they did so with grapes they farmed themselves. As their focus has shifted more to vinifera varieties, they have begun to source the grapes from a neighboring farmer. But this cuvée is still a representation of Japanese native varieties grown in the area around Tomi. 

A super interesting and unique wine. Juicy, sweet red fruit notes and cranberries. 
About the Producer

Yutaka Nakajima is a skilled and humble craftsman with an eye for simple beauty, producing hard-to-find wines in the basement of his house high up in the mountains. Nakajima sits at 850m above sea level in the Chikumagawa valley, a region that is cooler and drier than most of Japan. The estate has been farming its small hill since 2011 and only produces a few thousand bottles a year.

Complimentary standard delivery on orders $100+ within 3 working days. For this option, we are unable to guarantee chilled delivery.

Next Day Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $150+, or $25 flat fee. Orders are delivered from 12pm - 8pm. Next day delivery cut off is at 12pm. Orders must be placed by 12pm to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the day after. No 'next day' delivery on Sundays; only 1-hour deliveries apply. 'Next day' orders placed after Friday 12pm will be fulfilled on Monday.

There will be no next-day deliveries on Sundays, public holidays or days that the store is closed, unless otherwise announced online.

1-Hour Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $300+, or $35 flat fee. Orders are delivered between 12pm - 4pm. Place order by 3pm latest to receive within the hour. Orders placed after 3pm cut off will be delivered the following day. Please expect delays with unfavourable weather conditions.

Wrong Addresses or No Recipients
Please ensure that delivery addresses, particularly for gifts, are entered correctly otherwise additional costs may be incurred.
