Dard & Ribo have been making beautiful Syrah without additives or filtration in the Northern Rhône since the 1980s. Their Saint-Joseph Rouge 2022 comes from organically farmed granite slopes. Spontaneously fermented and aged in old wood, it’s light on extraction and high on charm. A fresh, savory, and quietly structured Syrah meant to drink young.
About the Producer

Domaine Dard et Ribo is located in the town of Mercurol , north of the Rhône Valley . It was created in the 1980s by René-Jean Dard and François Ribo with just 1 hectare of vines.

Today it covers almost 9 hectares in the appellations Saint-Joseph, Crozes-Hermitage and Hermitage. Their methods of winemaking have been the same for almost 40 years: the work is done in the vineyard (biodynamic) and nothing is done in the cellar. The wine press dates from 1955 and was bought second-hand from Prieuré-Roch. All plots are varietal and matured separately, and the wines are a far cry from the classic, massive style of the northern Rhone.

They produce natural wines to highlight the purity of the fruit, the finesse and the lightness.

Complimentary standard delivery on orders $100+ within 3 working days. For this option, we are unable to guarantee chilled delivery.

Next Day Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $150+, or $25 flat fee. Orders are delivered from 12pm - 8pm. Next day delivery cut off is at 12pm. Orders must be placed by 12pm to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the day after. No 'next day' delivery on Sundays; only 1-hour deliveries apply. 'Next day' orders placed after Friday 12pm will be fulfilled on Monday.

There will be no next-day deliveries on Sundays, public holidays or days that the store is closed, unless otherwise announced online.

1-Hour Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $300+, or $35 flat fee. Orders are delivered between 12pm - 4pm. Place order by 3pm latest to receive within the hour. Orders placed after 3pm cut off will be delivered the following day. Please expect delays with unfavourable weather conditions.

Wrong Addresses or No Recipients
Please ensure that delivery addresses, particularly for gifts, are entered correctly otherwise additional costs may be incurred.
