Catharina's wines are highly sought after and unfortunately we only have a very small quantity.

This was a new cuvée in 2022, and its name is a play on words. ‘If’ is French for yew tree, and the name describes a group of six trees; but say it out loud (en français) and you’ll see what it really means. It comes from fruit sourced 100% from Savigny Les Boutières (she started farming this vineyard from 2024 onwards), and 50% whole-bunch. It is a boisterous Bourgogne rouge, with concentration and density but also lifted and lacy tannins. Loads of fun.
About the Producer

Founded in 2019 by Catharina Sadde and her husband Guilhem, Les Horées's first vintage was released in 2019 and quickly became a success. They now cultivate just over 3 hectares of Pinot Noir and Aligoté. In the cellar, the winemaking is carried out with the same care: sulfur is not used (except in homeopathic amounts during bottling), and indigenous yeasts are preserved. Rising star Catharina Sadde studied in the best German wine school before gaining experience with some of the greatest names Cécile Tremblay, Comte de Vogüé, Marquis d'Angerville and… Domaine de la Romanée-Conti.

Standard Delivery
Complimentary standard delivery on orders $100+ within 3 working days. For this option, we are unable to guarantee chilled delivery.

Next Day Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $150+, or $25 flat fee. Orders are delivered from 12pm - 8pm. Next day delivery cut off is at 12pm. Orders must be placed by 12pm to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the day after. No 'next day' delivery on Sundays; only 1-hour deliveries apply. 'Next day' orders placed after Friday 12pm will be fulfilled on Monday.

There will be no next-day deliveries on Sundays, public holidays or days that the store is closed, unless otherwise announced online.

1-Hour Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $300+, or $35 flat fee. Orders are delivered between 12pm - 4pm. Place order by 3pm latest to receive within the hour. Orders placed after 3pm cut off will be delivered the following day. Please expect delays with unfavourable weather conditions.

Please ensure that delivery addresses, particularly for gifts, are entered correctly otherwise additional costs may be incurred.
