One of a very few champagnes available made from purely Pinot Blanc. This forgotten yet resurging grape is only planted on 0.1% of Champagne’s vineyards. A single vineyard wine from Meurville on clay-limetone soils on the portlandean plateau of the Côte de Bar. A punchy and delightful wine named after Professor Bertil Andersson renowned for his research in to photosynthesis. €10 from each bottle goes to young scientists charities. Vinified and aged in Oak. Lees aging on cork. Disgorged August 2022.

Next Day Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $150+, or $25 flat fee. Orders are delivered from 12pm - 8pm. Next day delivery cut off is at 12pm. Orders must be placed by 12pm to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the day after. No 'next day' delivery on Sundays; only 1-hour deliveries apply. 'Next day' orders placed after Friday 12pm will be fulfilled on Monday.

There will be no next-day deliveries on Sundays, public holidays or days that the store is closed, unless otherwise announced online.

1-Hour Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $300+, or $35 flat fee. Orders are delivered between 12pm - 4pm. Place order by 3pm latest to receive within the hour. Orders placed after 3pm cut off will be delivered the following day. Please expect delays with unfavourable weather conditions.
