Pu'er and Assam tea form the base of this bold and robust brew. Deep, luscious flavors of blueberry, blackcurrant and spice. This was aged in old Chateau Margaux and Mouton Rothschild barrels.

About the Producer

ACALA sparkling tea is carefully crafted using only the finest natural ingredients and is free from artificial flavours, colours and preservatives. It is the perfect non alcoholic alternative for wine and cocktail lovers who want a refreshing beverage with a touch of sophistication and elegance.

First, a selection of the finest organic ingredients. The tea is brewed in spring water over live fire, before fermenting in oak barrels, stainless steel tanks and glass jars, accompanied by music.

Next, the matured fermented teas are blended with freshly made teas, spices, flowers, herbs and juices.

Lastly, the bottled sparkling tea is matured in bottle in a cool dark cellar much like fine wines.

Doorstep Delivery

Standard Delivery
Complimentary standard delivery on orders $100+ within 3 working days. For this option, we are unable to guarantee chilled delivery.

Next Day Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $150+, or $25 flat fee. Orders are delivered from 12pm - 8pm. Next day delivery cut off is at 12pm. Orders must be placed by 12pm to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the day after. No 'next day' delivery on Sundays; only 1-hour deliveries apply. 'Next day' orders placed after Friday 12pm will be fulfilled on Monday.

There will be no next-day deliveries on Sundays, public holidays or days that the store is closed, unless otherwise announced online.

1-Hour Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $300+, or $35 flat fee. Orders are delivered between 12pm - 4pm. Place order by 3pm latest to receive within the hour. Orders placed after 3pm cut off will be delivered the following day. Please expect delays with unfavourable weather conditions.

Wrong Addresses or No Recipients
Please ensure that delivery addresses, particularly for gifts, are entered correctly otherwise additional costs may be incurred.
