Champagne Expression is the true reflection of vines planted on the right bank of the Grande Vallée de la Marne. It is the first cuvee of the House. It is systematically made from a blend of grapes and vintages. It is our memory wine, passed down from generation to generation. A blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 35% Meunier, 25% Chardonnay, from vines that are over 30 years old on clay-limestone, sandy, marly soils in Cumières Premier Cru.
Grapes picked by hand at optimum ripeness and sorted. Traditional Coquard press. Gravity vinification by individual plot. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in enamelled steel vats. Aged on lees. Reserve wine aged in oak tuns and concrete vats. 36 months in cellars on laths. The wines are neither filtered nor fined.

Complimentary standard delivery on orders $100+ within 3 working days. For this option, we are unable to guarantee chilled delivery.
Next Day Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $150+, or $25 flat fee. Orders are delivered from 12pm - 8pm. Next day delivery cut off is at 12pm. Orders must be placed by 12pm to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the day after. No 'next day' delivery on Sundays; only 1-hour deliveries apply. 'Next day' orders placed after Friday 12pm will be fulfilled on Monday.
There will be no next-day deliveries on Sundays, public holidays or days that the store is closed, unless otherwise announced online.
1-Hour Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $300+, or $35 flat fee. Orders are delivered between 12pm - 4pm. Place order by 3pm latest to receive within the hour. Orders placed after 3pm cut off will be delivered the following day. Please expect delays with unfavourable weather conditions.
Wrong Addresses or No Recipients
Please ensure that delivery addresses, particularly for gifts, are entered correctly otherwise additional costs may be incurred.
