Jessica Litaud Saint Veran Les Pommards 2022

The name that circulates on the lips of many wine enthusiasts. Jessica Litaud trained with legends Jean-Marie Guffens and Jean-François Ganevat, two names that will speak to all natural wine lovers.

When she returned to the family estate, Jessica decided to work alone, and on a small plot of just 5ha of organically farmed vines in Pouilly Fuissé and Saint Véran. Her annual production is minute, and her work is incredibly hands-on and precise.

There is a clear Jura-esque quality about her cuvées, with a signature saline minerality running deep throughout all her wines. This lightness of touch is rarely found in Burgundy and as a result allocation of her wines have become increasingly hard to come by.
