The AMI 'Amiami Vice' Pet Nat is a modern Burgundy Pet Nat made from a blend of Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Muscat.

Direct press Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay are from the 2021 vintage whilst the Muscat is from the 2020 vintage and macerated on the skins in old barrels for 10 days.

Notes of nectarine peel and acacia flowers come to mind. Hazy and surprising in its lush fruitiness and aromatic fresh intensity followed by a nice pithy grip on the finish.
About the Producer

Domaine AMI is named for the French word “friend” and reflects the deep collaboration between Paul Marchand-Perarnau and Willy Roulendes.

Paul was previously a sommelier, while also spending some time in the import arm of Dynamic Vines in London. Willy worked the vines and has a vast experience in winemaking. Both spent time working at leading domaines such as Domaine de Montille in Puligny-Montrachet and La Maison Romane in Vosne-Romanée.

Their first vintage was made in 2014. Together they now run a domaine/négociant operation, farming 2.5ha of certified organic vineyards in Maranges and sourcing another 2.5ha of organic grapes from trusted growers across Burgundy, Beaujolais and Chablis.

Known as one of the new guards of natural Burgundy, Paul and Willy craft fresh, expressive wines that celebrate friendship, terroir and purity.

Standard Delivery
Complimentary standard delivery on orders $100+ within 3 working days. For this option, we are unable to guarantee chilled delivery.

Next Day Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $150+, or $25 flat fee. Orders are delivered from 12pm - 8pm. Next day delivery cut off is at 12pm. Orders must be placed by 12pm to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the day after. No 'next day' delivery on Sundays; only 1-hour deliveries apply. 'Next day' orders placed after Friday 12pm will be fulfilled on Monday.

There will be no next-day deliveries on Sundays, public holidays or days that the store is closed, unless otherwise announced online.

1-Hour Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $300+, or $35 flat fee. Orders are delivered between 12pm - 4pm. Place order by 3pm latest to receive within the hour. Orders placed after 3pm cut off will be delivered the following day. Please expect delays with unfavourable weather conditions.

Wrong Addresses or No Recipients
Please ensure that delivery addresses, particularly for gifts, are entered correctly otherwise additional costs may be incurred.
