A blend of Grolleau Noir, Grolleau Gris, Gamay, Chenin Blanc. Fresh and quaffable! Light, interesting yet complex and very moorish. The grapes are mainly grown in clay and pebbles over schist on vines that are ~30 years old. The different grape varieties are vinified separately in a short semi-carbonic maceration (between 4 and 10 days depending on the grape variety). Separate aging in barrels for 6 months. Blending a month and a half before bottling. Indigenous yeasts, unfiltered wine.

Next Day Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $150+, or $25 flat fee. Orders are delivered from 12pm - 8pm. Next day delivery cut off is at 12pm. Orders must be placed by 12pm to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the day after. No 'next day' delivery on Sundays; only 1-hour deliveries apply. 'Next day' orders placed after Friday 12pm will be fulfilled on Monday.

There will be no next-day deliveries on Sundays, public holidays or days that the store is closed, unless otherwise announced online.

1-Hour Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $300+, or $35 flat fee. Orders are delivered between 12pm - 4pm. Place order by 3pm latest to receive within the hour. Orders placed after 3pm cut off will be delivered the following day. Please expect delays with unfavourable weather conditions.

Please ensure that delivery addresses, particularly for gifts, are entered correctly otherwise additional costs may be incurred.
