Gamay from Beaujolais! Earthy, dark, and with finely chiseled tannins.

The grapes are destemmed by hand and, after 14 days of maceration, aged in amphorae. On the palate, it is incredibly refined and sophisticated, without sacrificing any of its fun or drinkability. Patrick and Justine conjure perfectly sculpted tannins, so fine, so chiseled. Then there's this full and dark fruit aroma.

Like all natural wines from Justine & Patrick Bouju, the Super B 2022 is, of course, bottled unfiltered and without added sulfites
About the Producer

Iconic winemaker Patrick Bouju is the man behind Domaine La Bohème. He went to school for Chemistry and there he discovered that he had a sulfur intolerance that made many wines undrinkable. Years later he moved to Beaune to study viticulture, and moved to the Auvergne region to cultivate a small handful of vines, releasing his first commercial vintage as Domaine La Bohème in 2002.

Standard Delivery
Complimentary standard delivery on orders $100+ within 3 working days. For this option, we are unable to guarantee chilled delivery.

Next Day Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $150+, or $25 flat fee. Orders are delivered from 12pm - 8pm. Next day delivery cut off is at 12pm. Orders must be placed by 12pm to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the day after. No 'next day' delivery on Sundays; only 1-hour deliveries apply. 'Next day' orders placed after Friday 12pm will be fulfilled on Monday.

There will be no next-day deliveries on Sundays, public holidays or days that the store is closed, unless otherwise announced online.

1-Hour Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $300+, or $35 flat fee. Orders are delivered between 12pm - 4pm. Place order by 3pm latest to receive within the hour. Orders placed after 3pm cut off will be delivered the following day. Please expect delays with unfavourable weather conditions.

Please ensure that delivery addresses, particularly for gifts, are entered correctly otherwise additional costs may be incurred.
