Delicious and exciting Aligoté from the inimitable Claire Naudin. A brilliant winemaker - her wines are both unique and truly exciting. Made with the aim of not adding any sulphur in attempt to show a better expression of the appellation. Give this some time in a decanter to unwind before dinner.

This cuvée comes from Magny lès Villers and Villers la Faye, two sites perfect for Aligoté: shallow topsoil, mostly flat, and plenty of sunshine thanks to their south-east orientation. The grapes are pressed into stainless steel and enameled tank for fermentation and élevage on fine lees. No batonnage is done during the short seven-month élevage. The wine is fined with bentonite clay for stability and clarity and then lightly filtered before bottling via gravity. 
About the Producer

Claire Naudin took over the family estate Domaine Naudin Ferrand in 1994 with her own vision. She is one of those people that was born to make wine, you can taste her sincerity and vision in each bottle. Respectful of the environment and the local ecosystems, she refuses standardisation, leaning on years of craft.

Complimentary standard delivery on orders $100+ within 3 working days. For this option, we are unable to guarantee chilled delivery.

Next Day Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $150+, or $25 flat fee. Orders are delivered from 12pm - 8pm. Next day delivery cut off is at 12pm. Orders must be placed by 12pm to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the day after. No 'next day' delivery on Sundays; only 1-hour deliveries apply. 'Next day' orders placed after Friday 12pm will be fulfilled on Monday.

There will be no next-day deliveries on Sundays, public holidays or days that the store is closed, unless otherwise announced online.

1-Hour Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $300+, or $35 flat fee. Orders are delivered between 12pm - 4pm. Place order by 3pm latest to receive within the hour. Orders placed after 3pm cut off will be delivered the following day. Please expect delays with unfavourable weather conditions.

Please ensure that delivery addresses, particularly for gifts, are entered correctly otherwise additional costs may be incurred.
