The winemaker's notes speak of a smooth, acidic dance on the palate, leading to a long, elegant finish. About the Producer

Margaux and Lothar met while working at Pierre Fenals' Maison en Belles Lies. There they learned the basics of organic and biodynamic farming, and winemaking without additives. In late 2020, they acquired 2 hectares of vines in the Côte de Beaune, in the villages of Auxey, Bouzeron, and Saint-Aubin. La Chaume des Lies is born, and the first 2021 vintage is ready to be vinified. Trained by the best, Margaux and Lothar cultivate their vines without any synthetic chemicals, respecting the lunar calendar. In the cellar, everything is about precision and care. The couple strives to minimize their interventions, allowing the vintage and the plot to express themselves. They work with Aligoté, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir.

Standard Delivery
Complimentary standard delivery on orders $100+ within 3 working days. For this option, we are unable to guarantee chilled delivery.

Next Day Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $150+, or $25 flat fee. Orders are delivered from 12pm - 8pm. Next day delivery cut off is at 12pm. Orders must be placed by 12pm to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the day after. No 'next day' delivery on Sundays; only 1-hour deliveries apply. 'Next day' orders placed after Friday 12pm will be fulfilled on Monday.

There will be no next-day deliveries on Sundays, public holidays or days that the store is closed, unless otherwise announced online.

1-Hour Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $300+, or $35 flat fee. Orders are delivered between 12pm - 4pm. Place order by 3pm latest to receive within the hour. Orders placed after 3pm cut off will be delivered the following day. Please expect delays with unfavourable weather conditions.

Wrong Addresses or No Recipients
Please ensure that delivery addresses, particularly for gifts, are entered correctly otherwise additional costs may be incurred.
