Delaware grapes are one of the most popular varietals in Japan. They undergo a unique drying process and are dried in the shade for a few days to a few weeks before pressing and fermentation. This process concentrates their flavour and intensifies the aromatics. 

A crisp and aromatic Pét-Nat with notes of melon, pineapple and sweet pomelo that we cannot get enough of. 

Before opening the bottle, chill the wine upright for at least half a day and let the lees fall to the bottom of the bottle. After opening the bottle, wait for the lees to rise with the bubbles before pouring, so that you can also taste the umami of the lees.

Standard Delivery
Complimentary standard delivery on orders $100+ within 3 working days. For this option, we are unable to guarantee chilled delivery.

Next Day Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $150+, or $25 flat fee. Orders are delivered from 12pm - 8pm. Next day delivery cut off is at 12pm. Orders must be placed by 12pm to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the day after. No 'next day' delivery on Sundays; only 1-hour deliveries apply. 'Next day' orders placed after Friday 12pm will be fulfilled on Monday.

There will be no next-day deliveries on Sundays, public holidays or days that the store is closed, unless otherwise announced online.

1-Hour Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $300+, or $35 flat fee. Orders are delivered between 12pm - 4pm. Place order by 3pm latest to receive within the hour. Orders placed after 3pm cut off will be delivered the following day. Please expect delays with unfavourable weather conditions.

Please ensure that delivery addresses, particularly for gifts, are entered correctly otherwise additional costs may be incurred.
