Delicately balanced, gold shows notes of creamy meyer lemon, fresh limey hops and stone fruits. The palate is effervescent and dry with a subtle bitterness, pillowy body and developing acidity from the indigenous flora. This beer undergoes a warm primary fermentation by our house mixed culture of foraged wild yeast, naturally occurring souring bacteria and brewers yeast in a wide vessel before being transferred into French oak barrels for maturation. Mature barrels are then selected and blended to meet our desired character before being packaged and naturally bottle conditioned for a minimum of 10 weeks for ideal carbonation. This unspiced wild ale is perfect enjoyed at table with your favourite foods and best of friends.
About the Producer

Wildflower was co-founded in 2016 by brothers-in-law Topher Boehm and Chris Allen.

Made a little differently, their beers have been fermented with a diversity of yeasts and bacteria collected from flowers native to NSW... hence the name. Their practice has developed over time and so has their relationships with local regenerative growers of grain, hops and fruit, who they celebrate their agriculturally focused fermented ales with.

Doorstep Delivery

Standard Delivery
Complimentary standard delivery on orders $100+ within 3 working days. For this option, we are unable to guarantee chilled delivery.

Next Day Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $150+, or $25 flat fee. Orders are delivered from 12pm - 8pm. Next day delivery cut off is at 12pm. Orders must be placed by 12pm to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the day after. No 'next day' delivery on Sundays; only 1-hour deliveries apply. 'Next day' orders placed after Friday 12pm will be fulfilled on Monday.

There will be no next-day deliveries on Sundays, public holidays or days that the store is closed, unless otherwise announced online.

1-Hour Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $300+, or $35 flat fee. Orders are delivered between 12pm - 4pm. Place order by 3pm latest to receive within the hour. Orders placed after 3pm cut off will be delivered the following day. Please expect delays with unfavourable weather conditions.

Please ensure that delivery addresses, particularly for gifts, are entered correctly otherwise additional costs may be incurred.
