Rousillon // France

60% Grenache noir, 20% Grenache gris and 20% Macabeu from clay and limestone soil. Grapes are fermented and aged in concrete tanks.

Olla Rouge is light and fresh, with a good amount of white wine. Some red berries, a touch of Mediterranean herbs and flowers and just the right amount of wildness to make it exciting, but still easy and a lot of fun to drink. Enjoy slightly chilled.

About the Producer

Originally from South Africa, Tom Lubbe left for Rousillon to a small village of 300 people and never returned. He started Matassa in 2022 and has since become a cult producer. His vines are incredibly low yielding, giving his wines gorgeous concentration and minerality. His wines are true wines of terroir.

Doorstep Delivery

Standard Delivery
Complimentary standard delivery on orders $100+ within 3 working days. For this option, we are unable to guarantee chilled delivery.

Next Day Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $150+, or $25 flat fee. Orders are delivered from 12pm - 8pm. Next day delivery cut off is at 12pm. Orders must be placed by 12pm to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the day after. No 'next day' delivery on Sundays; only 1-hour deliveries apply. 'Next day' orders placed after Friday 12pm will be fulfilled on Monday.

There will be no next-day deliveries on Sundays, public holidays or days that the store is closed, unless otherwise announced online.

1-Hour Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $300+, or $35 flat fee. Orders are delivered between 12pm - 4pm. Place order by 3pm latest to receive within the hour. Orders placed after 3pm cut off will be delivered the following day. Please expect delays with unfavourable weather conditions.

Please ensure that delivery addresses, particularly for gifts, are entered correctly otherwise additional costs may be incurred.
