A joyous pale peachy-pink in colour, this is a bottle of delicate bubbles packed with  bags of fruit. With notes of grapefruit, watermelon and ripe peach, forget the fruit basket and bring a bottle of this to your picnic.

Made from Vermentino, Gruner Veltliner, Zibibbo, Nero d'Avola grapes with a splash of Verdejo thrown in for good measure.

Pét-Nat is The Wildman’s thing, and anyone who has followed the progression of the style in Australia would have come across his cult bottling, Astro Bunny. Inspired by the Pét-Nats from the Loire Valley he was drinking in London wine bars, Tim quit the day job and moved from the UK to South Australia in 2013 to fulfil his dream of making an Australian pét-nat, and he got straight to it—2014 was his first vintage.
