Matassa Tattouine Rouge 2022

Origin: Roussillon, France
Grapes: Grenache Gris, Grenache Noir

Tattouine is made of Grenache gris 50%  and Grenache noir 50%. The grapes are macerated on skin for about three weeks. A fruit palate of red current, light cherries and mint. A fascinating wine, which is hard to put in a category orange? light red? We love the drinkability!
