A spritzy Sauvignon Blanc from the Adelaide Hills, combining texture, nuttiness and acidity into one gorgeously fun bevvy to share around. Made entirely with Sauvignon Blanc, the fruit gets destemmed before pressing into a ceramic egg to ferment for a couple of weeks before being bottled for just the right amount of fizz.
