La Soeur Cadette is based in Vezelay, north of Burgundy. Founded in 1987, the estate is managed organically by Valentin Montanet today. Harvest is carried out manually, and interventions are kept strictly to the minimum. Wines are often aged in vats on lees, sometimes in barrels. Wines are straight and precise, a delight for lovers of clean, unvarnished Burgundian Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
