Cherry glou glou. A sparking rosé made with garden apples from the island of Funen and organic sour cherries from Frederiksdal.
The cherries were stomped and macerated for a month. The astringent, almost amarone-like cherry juice was then blended with fermenting juice from the apples.
Drink it on its’ own or with spicy Asian food.
